Behavior Technician - Be the Calm, Be the Change (School-Based) ??
Are you ready to make a real impact in a student's life-every single day? As a school-based Behavior Technician, you'll work hands-on with students who have special needs, helping them build essential skills, navigate their routines, and thrive in the classroom. You'll be part of a collaborative team of educators, behavioral specialists, and school staff, all working toward one goal : student success.
What You'll Be Doing :
Supporting students with behavioral and developmental needs in classroom environments
Assisting with individualized learning and behavior plans
Collaborating with teachers and specialists to monitor progress and adjust strategies
Helping create a safe, structured, and encouraging space for students to grow
What You'll Bring :
High school diploma or equivalent
6 months to 1 year of ABA experience preferred
Two (2) years of pediatric experience preferred
Current CPR certification (if applicable)
TB questionnaire, PPD test, or chest x-ray (if applicable)
Must meet all federal, state, and local requirements
Must be at least 18 years of age
