Patient Volume : Approximately 18 / day (Newborns+)

Site Support : 1 RN, 2 MAs

EMR : EPIC

Must be board-certified in peds

Must have an active CA license and DEA

Must have active BLS and PALS

Charts should be closed the day of the visit (and within 72hrs absolutely) and within normal clinic hours.

A provider that has experience treating anxiety, depression, ADHD / ADD would be very helpful.

$145 / hr
