Overview

We are seeking a skilled HAAS 4 Axis CNC Lathe Programmer to join our dynamic team in Aurora, IL. Responsibilities

Program and operate HAAS 4 Axis CNC lathes to produce precision parts.
Utilize G-Code and M-Code for effective machine operation and programming.
Collaborate with engineering and design teams to interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
Employ Autodesk Fusion 360 for 3D modeling and CAM software to optimize machining processes.
Conduct manual machining when necessary to support production needs.
Perform regular maintenance and troubleshooting on CNC equipment to ensure optimal performance.
Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Qualifications

Proven experience in CNC programming, specifically with HAAS machines.

Strong understanding of G-Code and M-Code programming languages.

Hands-on manual machining skills and experience with CNC lathe operations (2-4 axis).

Proficiency in 3D modeling software, particularly Autodesk Fusion 360.

Familiarity with CAM software and its application in CNC programming.

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
