Associate Marketing Manager

In the marketing communications team, you will play a key role in developing messaging and communications that connect with target audiences across the marketing channel. Position Responsibilities
- Support the execution of a three-year marketing plan and annual tactical plan for industry leading loyalty programs, including Leaders' Edge and My Zoetis Rewards, working across species within the Livestock marketing team.
- Coordinate the implementation and ongoing management of customer rebate programs, working closely with sales support to ensure seamless operationalization and execution.
- Monitor program performance and provide regular tracking and reporting to Livestock Marketing and Leadership Teams.
- Leverage customer insights and market research to anticipate trends and inform program strategies alongside the team lead.
- Maintain and update program resources and applications to ensure communication accuracy and efficiency.
- Partner across teams to define, implement, and track seasonal promotional programs.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing plan for Zoetis Retail, ensuring alignment with overall business and marketing objectives.
- Lead the creation and management of impactful merchandising materials for Zoetis retail partners, enhancing brand presence online and in store.
- Manage the demand forecast for secondary OTC brands within the portfolio.
- Support the Retail Strategic Account Team in the development and implementation of ROI focused annual account plans that align with long-term retail goals.
- Serve as a key liaison between the US Channel Sales team (distribution and retail) and the US Livestock marketing team, fostering collaboration and ensuring timely, effective campaign execution.
- Develop and maintain an understanding of the animal health industry, customers and competitive dynamics.
Education and Experience
BS or BA required in business, marketing, communications and other applicable fields. MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred.3-5 years of increasing responsibility in marketingAnimal health and / or pharmaceutical experience preferred.Candidate must have experience developing marketing communication strategies and implementing tactical plans and campaigns.Computer experience : Microsoft Windows, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Internet-based programs and tools, Zoom (or similar virtual meeting tool). Adobe Suite is a plus, but not a requirement.
