A company is looking for a Temp Real Estate Development Attorney for a 1-2 year term.
Key Responsibilities
Handle construction-related legal matters
Provide legal advice on real estate development projects
Draft, review, and negotiate various development agreements
Qualifications
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
Active bar membership in any US state
Minimum of 15 years of experience in real estate law
Strong project management experience
Ability to work 100% remotely
