Job Title : Site Controller Reporting To : Director, Group Finance Work Schedule : Hybrid - Salt Lake City, UT Moog Medical Devices Group designs, manufactures, and distributes industry-leading enteral feeding and infusion pumps. Through investment in research and development and relying on our vast expertise, we design and develop advanced infusion systems that improve medication safety, optimize application performance, and reduce medical expenses. Moog Medical Devices Group is looking for a Site Controller. You will be responsible for financial reporting, maintaining strong internal controls, and works closely with managers across departments for strategic planning. You will have a strong background in accounting and finance, excellent analytical skills, and proven experience in managing financial teams. You will have a hybrid work schedule in Salt Lake City, Utah. As a Site Controller, your responsibilities will include :

• Lead and manage the finance and accounting team, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with US GAAP, along with detailed analysis of operating results
• Analysis of operating results and explanations / suggestions for improvement
• Maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations
• Develop, analyze, and evaluate overhead rates to support accurate cost accounting and effective inventory control, ensuring alignment with operational activities and financial reporting standards
• Provide leadership, supervision, and professional development for accounting and finance staff, fostering a high-performance team culture focused on accuracy, accountability, and continuous improvement
• Collaborate with management team to develop financial strategies and monitor KPIs
• Support management by contributing to special projects and initiatives as needed, providing financial expertise and ensuring timely completion
• Collaborate and communicate effectively with employees across other sites, as well as with external and internal auditors
• Reconcile and review general ledger accounts against subsidiary reports, analyze trends, and investigate variances from budget or plan to provide actionable financial insights
• Oversee ERP and financial systems implementation and improvements
