Healthcare Job Details Location : Richmond, VA (23219) – Virginia healthcare jobs Setting : On-site, office-based (not remote) Assignment Type : 13-week travel RN contract Start Date : November 24, 2025 End Date : February 23, 2026 Shift : 12-hour rotating shifts (7am–7pm and 7pm–7am; days, evenings, weekends, holidays) Hours per Week : 36 Estimated Weekly Salary : $1980 - $2030 per week Patient Population : Adults, med-surg level, stable patients Daily Census : 10-12 patients Registered Nurse Job Requirements Minimum 1 year of recent RN experience (3 years preferred) Active Registered Nurse license in Virginia or compact state (must be in hand at time of application) BLS certification required EPIC charting experience required BSN preferred Telephone triage, telehealth nursing, or home health experience preferred Experience with acute care, med-surg, or adult / geriatric populations preferred Trauma Level I experience preferred Ability to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays Strong technology skills and comfort with remote patient monitoring platforms Two professional references required Telehealth RN Responsibilities Deliver virtual nursing care and triage for adult patients in the Hospital at Home program Utilize telehealth and remote patient monitoring technology for video visits and vital sign monitoring Conduct admission assessments, routine visits, and respond to changes in patient condition Coordinate services and collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams for seamless patient care Document clinical assessments and interventions accurately in the EPIC system Administer and assess medications, monitor infection control, and obtain vital signs remotely Educate and support patients and families, ensuring high satisfaction and safety Float within scope as needed to support patient care needs Apply now to join our innovative healthcare team in Richmond, VA and take the next step in your telehealth nursing career!
