Senior Programmer Analyst

The RCM Systems Support team is highly respected within the corporation as the team is innovative, rich in technical skills and knowledge, and supportive in providing technical solutions and / or tools to help improve processes and performance across all areas of Revenue Cycle Management. The Programmer Analyst is an important part of RCM Systems Support and will have the opportunity to expand RCM Systems Support knowledge.

Applicants who live within 35 miles of either the Burlington, NC or Durham, NC location will follow a hybrid schedule. This schedule includes a minimum of three in-office days per week at an assigned location, either Burlington or Durham, supporting both collaboration and flexibility.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Relational model Database support (design / modification)
• Create and maintain ETLs using SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS)
• Design and maintain SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) reports
• Design, develop, test and deliver C# applications ensuring user needs are met
• Technical documentation
• Database Disaster Recovery
• Manipulating and processing large volumes of data
• Self-motivated, work in a multi-team environment, and provide 24 / 7 on call on a rotating basis
• Lead technical training and migration of applications to C#
• Manage priorities appropriately, meet deadlines, and satisfy commitments
• Perform other tasks, as assigned
