Job Requirements for Assignment :

Ohio medical license or active IMLC required

Board Certification or Board Eligibility within 5 years

24 hour call coverage. May see some vascular to support the service line.

Will rotate call with one other surgeon

Hospital has a new heart program

No trauma

EMR is EPIC

340+ beds

Ongoing until permanent provider returns (date unknown)
