Position Summary :
The Accounting Supervisor plays a key leadership role in overseeing daily accounting operations and guiding a team of accounting professionals. Key Responsibilities :
- Supervise, coach, and develop accounting team members, promoting professional growth, accountability, and a positive work culture.
- Manage daily accounting operations, and process efficiency
- Monitor workload distribution and support cross-training to build flexibility and resilience within the team.
- Collaborate closely with other departments to provide financial insight and ensure alignment between operational and financial goals.
- Lead process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and employee engagement.
- Support month-end and year-end close processes, ensuring timely completion and accurate reporting.
- Serve as a mentor and resource to team members, encouraging open communication, teamwork, and problem-solving.
