Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Title Abstractor / Examiner located in Bowie, TX. The Title Examiner will be responsible for examining and verifying titles, reviewing title opinions, processing deeds, managing escrow accounts, and researching chain of title. You will perform detailed title searches to identify any potential issues and ensure all documents are accurate and complete.

Qualifications

• Experience with Title Opinions and Deeds
• Proficiency in managing Escrow accounts
• Expertise in researching Chain of Title and conducting Title Searches
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks efficiently
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in the real estate industry is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification is a plus
