Uniti Med is seeking a travel nurse RN Care Manager for a travel nursing job in Bakersfield, California.

Description : Care Coordinator C.N.A. - Days, Shifts : 5 days / week; 8Hr days 800A-4 : 30P (approx), 30min lunch break (clock out) & 2 - 15min paid breaks

Must have experience / knowledge of medical Terminology. No call. Every other weekend.

"Must have strong acute care hospital experience. At least 3 year of acute care hospital experience and case management!

Previous travel experience highly desirable.

Must have utilization review & discharge planning experience. Nurse will need to be able to do UR as well as oversee DC planning."
