A company is looking for a Manager of Account Management to lead a team focused on upselling AI capabilities to existing customers.
Key Responsibilities
Build and lead a high-performing team of Account Managers focused on AI upsell and expansion opportunities
Drive AI revenue growth by executing scalable upsell strategies and managing team pipeline and forecast accuracy
Implement operational excellence through consistent forecasting and cross-functional collaboration with Customer Success, Product, and Marketing teams
Required Qualifications
7+ years of experience managing a team of quota-carrying account managers
10+ years in SaaS Account Management or Expansion Sales, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
Proven success in driving upsell and expansion revenue, particularly in AI or automation products
Experience leading distributed teams across EMEA and North America
Strong operational skills with a data-driven mindset and experience in sales methodologies
