BIM Detailer II

supporting electrical design and coordination on commercial projects. You’ll collaborate with BIM Coordinators, Project Managers, and Field Leads to create accurate 2D and 3D models that drive efficiency, quality, and prefabrication success.

What You’ll Do

Develop 3D models and 2D drawings in

Revit, AutoCAD, and Navisworks

Coordinate with field teams and project managers to ensure accurate designs.

Produce take-offs, RFI drawings, and layouts using

Trimble

tools.

Maintain model accuracy, compliance with

BIM standards

, and document control.

Collaborate across disciplines — electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and structural.

What You’ll Need

2–4 years of experience with

BIM / 3D modeling

(Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks).

2+ years in

electrical construction

or related field.

Strong understanding of electrical symbols, terminology, and design coordination.

Proficiency in

Bluebeam

Procore

, and

Microsoft Office

Excellent teamwork, organization, and communication skills.
