Job descriptionSteady flow of motivated private-pay clients (no insurance billing) $85K–$126K annual earning potential once caseload is full Paid supervision and weekly consultation Flexible hybrid schedule with admin support (billing, scheduling, marketing handled for you) Career growth into leadership, supervision, or training roles PTO, holidays, retirement match, and CE stipend Provide psychotherapy to adults, parents, and couples (25 sessions / week once full) Build a caseload with full marketing and referral support Participate in weekly consultation and ongoing training in The Althought Method Collaborate on occasional workshops, groups, or outreach projects (optional and paid) Doctoral-level psychologist (PhD or PsyD) – licensed or pre-licensed in Colorado Strong grounding in attachment, trauma, or couples work Emotionally attuned, reliable, and reflective Passionate about long-term relational and depth-oriented therapy Practice Hours : Mon–Thu 8 AM–8 PM, Fri 8 AM–5 PM Flexible hybrid schedule after caseload stabilizes Option for 1–2 telehealth days / week Health insurance contribution (after 60 days) 10 paid days off + 6 holidays 3% retirement match after 1 year CE stipend ($500–$1,000 / year) Weekly supervision with a licensed psychologist Full administrative and marketing support What draws you to Althought Therapy Your preferred clinical populations How you approach your own professional growth

- No insurance or billing headaches — full admin support
- Private-pay caseload with supervision & CE stipend
- Hybrid flexibility (telehealth + beautiful Lakewood office)
Status : W-2 Employee (Full-Time)
Schedule : Hybrid (In-Person + Telehealth)
Compensation : $30–$60 per clinical session (+ incentives)
