Local Contract - LTC Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)

Location : Morgan, Minnesota

Pay : Up to $1,300 / week

Max Rate : $32 / hr

Shift Options : Days & PM

Hours : 40 hours / week | 5x8

Shift Times : 6 : 00 AM - 2 : 30 PM & 2 : 00 PM - 10 : 30 PM

Schedule : 5 days a week + every other weekend

Guaranteed Hours : Yes

Job Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality resident care in a Long-Term Care / Skilled Nursing environment
• Assist with ADLs including bathing, grooming, toileting, dressing, feeding, and mobility support
• Take and document resident vitals, intake / output, and other measurements as needed
• Support safe transfers and ambulation using proper equipment and techniques
• Maintain resident comfort, dignity, and privacy at all times
• Communicate observations and changes in resident condition to nursing staff
• Maintain clean, safe, and organized resident living areas
• Follow facility guidelines, infection control procedures, and HIPAA regulations
• Accurately chart care activities in electronic or written systems
