We're looking for bilingual (Spanish / English) automotive technicians who want to build a real career, not just collect a paycheck. Whether you're fresh out of school or have a few years of experience, we have a proven system to develop you into a high-earning master technician.

Compensation

$15-22 / hour + performance bonuses

    The Role — What You'll Do

    As a Level C Technician, you'll handle essential automotive services that keep customers safe and satisfied :

    Daily Responsibilities

  • Oil changes and fluid services
  • Tire mounting, balancing, and rotations
  • Brake system repairs (pads, rotors, calipers, fluid flushes)
  • Suspension work (shocks, struts, control arms, ball joints)
  • Cooling system maintenance (belts, hoses, thermostats, radiators)
  • Battery and alternator testing and replacement
  • Digital vehicle inspections with photo documentation
  • Customer communication and service recommendations in English and Spanish

    Must Have

  • Bilingual : Spanish and English
  • Valid driver's license (clean driving record)
  • Basic hand tool set (we provide all specialty tools)
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs and work on your feet
  • Strong work ethic and positive attitude

  • Can work 48 hours / week (6 days, including Saturday)

  • 1+ years automotive repair experience
  • Technical school graduate (UTI, Lincoln Tech, community college)
  • Any ASE certifications
  • Brake and suspension experience
  • Customer service skills
  • New to the industry? If you're mechanically inclined, coachable, and hardworking, we'll teach you the rest. Our training system works : Document, Demonstrate, Duplicate.

    Career Progression

    Level C (This Position) : $15-22 / hour Learn core skills, prove reliability, build speed and quality. Path to Level B : 2-3 years with ASE certifications

    Level B (Master Technician) : $22-24 / hour ($65K-78K total) Advanced diagnostics, ADAS calibration, mentoring, customer interaction. Path to Level A : 5+ years with Master ASE certification

    Level A (Shop Leader) : $28-30 / hour ($83K-98K+ total) Shop leadership, complex diagnostics, team management, business development

    Schedule

    48 hours per week, 6 days

  • Monday-Friday : Typical shift 7 : 00 AM - 6 : 00 PM
  • Saturday : Half day
  • Sunday : Off
