We're looking for bilingual (Spanish / English) automotive technicians who want to build a real career, not just collect a paycheck. Whether you're fresh out of school or have a few years of experience, we have a proven system to develop you into a high-earning master technician.

Career Progression
Level C (This Position) : $15-22 / hour Learn core skills, prove reliability, build speed and quality. Path to Level B : 2-3 years with ASE certifications
Level B (Master Technician) : $22-24 / hour ($65K-78K total) Advanced diagnostics, ADAS calibration, mentoring, customer interaction. Path to Level A : 5+ years with Master ASE certification
Level A (Shop Leader) : $28-30 / hour ($83K-98K+ total) Shop leadership, complex diagnostics, team management, business development

Q : Do I need all my own tools? The basic hand tools are required; we provide all specialty tools, diagnostic equipment, lifts, and larger equipment. We can help you build your tool collection too.
Q : Is being bilingual required or just? Strongly valued. We serve a diverse community in Rockville with many Spanish-speaking customers. Bilingual technicians earn trust faster and help more customers.
Q : What if I don't have ASE certifications yet? Not required to start. We help you prepare for tests and reimburse certification costs when you pass.
Q : Is this flat rate or hourly pay? Hourly pay. You clock in, you get paid. No flat rate confusion or games. Bonuses are added on top based on performance.
Q : Can I actually grow here or is this a dead-end job? We promote from within. Every Level B and Level A technician started as Level C. Clear advancement criteria based on skills, not politics or favoritism.
Q : What are the "tier programs" you mentioned? We offer three customer membership levels (Executive Concierge, Total Care Partnership, Neighborhood Care) that provide premium service and benefits. When you help enroll customers, you earn bonuses. We'll train you on this.
Q : How do I know if I'm doing well? Weekly check-ins with your manager. You\'ll always know exactly where you stand. Clear metrics : revenue per hour, customer satisfaction, quality scores.
Q : Do you drug test? Yes, pre-employment drug screening is required.
Q : What about health insurance and benefits? We\'re building a comprehensive benefits package. Full-time employees who demonstrate commitment get priority as we roll out additional benefits.
Q : What if I\'m not a good fit? We\'ll know within the first 90 days. If it\'s not working out for either party, we\'ll part ways professionally. No hard feelings—sometimes it\'s just not the right match.
