Base pay range

$140,000.00 / yr - $160,000.00 / yr

Salary is 140k to 160k

This role is responsible for leading the end-to-end information security function across the organization. It combines strategic planning with hands-on execution to safeguard systems, data, and operations. The ideal candidate brings a balance of technical depth, compliance knowledge, and leadership ability to drive a modern, resilient, and audit-ready security program.

• Spearhead the planning and execution of a company-wide cybersecurity strategy, overseeing staffing, budgeting, and program maturity across all locations and technical environments.
• Maintain compliance with key regulatory standards such as ISO 27001, while preparing for and leading internal and external security audits throughout the year.
• Manage and optimize daily security operations, including oversight of SIEM, endpoint detection, device management, email security, and vulnerability management tools.
• Coordinate response efforts for security incidents, including root cause analysis and post-incident reviews, while maintaining and testing business continuity and disaster recovery plans.
• Review technical designs for new systems and integrations, ensuring secure architecture, performing threat modeling, and embedding controls into IT and business projects.
• Evaluate and monitor the security practices of vendors and partners, ensuring proper risk assessments, contract language, and enforcement of security standards.
• Drive company-wide security awareness initiatives, develop role-specific training content, and lead phishing simulations to improve overall security posture.
• Lead and mentor the internal security team, define clear responsibilities and development goals, and promote a collaborative and proactive approach to information security.
