They are seeking a dedicated Project Manager with 5+ years of experience in residential construction to join their team. Commercial experience will also be considered. Responsibilities :

  • Oversee custom home construction projects from start to finish, ensuring quality and efficiency.
  • Manage budgets, schedules, and subcontractors to keep projects on track.
  • Collaborate with clients, architects, and vendors to ensure project success.
  • Maintain job site safety, compliance, and adherence to building codes.
  • Solve problems proactively and communicate effectively with all stakeholders.

Qualifications :

  • 5+ years of experience in residential construction project management.
  • Knowledge of custom home building, materials, and construction techniques.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, contracts, and schedules.
  • Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office.
