Key Responsibilities
Monitor and track complaints across various channels, ensuring timely resolution
Provide 2nd level support for supervisor calls and escalate issues as necessary
Research borrower accounts and communicate findings directly to borrowers
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED equivalent required
2 years of Customer Experience or Complaint management experience required
Financial industry experience preferred
Bilingual (English and Spanish) candidates preferred
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
