Key Responsibilities

Design and validate engineering solutions through feasibility testing and implementation

Draft and evaluate engineering standards and specifications

Conduct data analysis to identify trends and support solution development

Design test procedures based on product specifications

Participate in ongoing training and capability development

Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards

Collaborate cross-functionally to troubleshoot and optimize system performance

Manage requirements traceability and verification throughout the project lifecycle

What You Bring

Bachelorâ??s degree in Engineering or equivalent

3-5 years of relevant experience in engineering systems or controls

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Ability to work independently and provide technical guidance

Familiarity with engineering development tools, testing protocols, and specification writing

Excellent communication and collaboration skills
