Skills and qualifications include at least 2 years of management experience in the restaurant or hospitality industry, with a strong background in operations, staff management, and customer service. Experience in a fast-casual or quick-service restaurant is highly preferred. Leadership, customer service, financial acumen, problem solving, communication, organization, and attention to detail are also required. Job requirements include the ability to stand for extended periods, perform repetitive motions, and lift and carry up to 50 pounds regularly. Work environment / job conditions include flexible scheduling, working in a loud, fast-paced environment, and exposure to heat, noise, and cleaning chemicals.
