Your day to day as a MDS Nurse (LPN)
As a new MDS Nurse (LPN) at The Oaks Rehabilitation & Healthcare Center, you can expect a structured yet dynamic daily routine. Your schedule will be Monday through Friday from 8 : 00 AM to 4 : 30 PM, allowing for a balanced work-life experience. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting comprehensive assessments of residents to ensure their care plans meet individual needs. You will collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, coordinating with nursing staff, therapists, and management to facilitate timely and accurate documentation. In addition, you will participate in care conferences, utilizing your expertise to advocate for residents while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
