Tutors - Research Study Participant

Sepal is conducting a research study to understand work excellence among tutors to establish professional benchmarks. Selected participants will share their professional background, design field-specific screening questions, and document substantial work projects as case studies.

Sample of reported job titles : Academic Coach, Academic Guidance Specialist, Accounting Tutor, Finance Tutor, Grade School Tutor, Private Mathematics Tutor, Private Tutor, Professional Tutor, Tutor

MUST-HAVE QUALIFICATIONS :

• 5+ years full-time experience as a tutor
• Native-level English language fluency
• U.S. residency
• Access to a laptop or desktop computer with reliable internet
• Available for at least 10 hours per week during the 2-3 week engagement (work is fully asynchronous and on your own schedule)
• Technology proficiency : Comfortable with messaging, video calling, and uploading files
• Ability to follow detailed written instructions and complete online tasks independently

COMPENSATION AND LOGISTICS :

This is a short-term project requiring roughly 40100 hours of work total, between now and December 29th. The engagement begins with a paid 24 day trial.
