McGuinn Homes is seeking a motivated individual to join our New Home Sales Team as a Junior Sales Assistant in our Greenville, South Carolina division. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting our sales team within their assigned communities. You will be a key contributor to our sales team's success.   • Must have a valid South Carolina Real Estate License.

Responsibilities

Sales and Marketing

  • Attend scheduled meetings and events as a McGuinn Homes professional.
  • Assist in marketing communities through social media and community events.
  • Co-list and assist in auditing MLS listings as well as the McGuinn Homes website for accuracy.
  • Contact new co-broke agents weekly through regular marketing efforts.
  • Support the lead agent in meeting sales expectations to achieve minimum community sales budgets.
  • Lead and Customer Support

  • Be available in the community during lead agent absences and scheduled days off, responding promptly to leads and inquiries.
  • Follow up with customers and the closing coordination team during lead agent absences, including inspections, orientations, or closings.
  • Provide basic knowledge on lending programs and assist customers with preferred lenders as necessary.
  • Encourage a positive home-buying experience that contributes to 5-star customer surveys.
  • Team Collaboration and Communication

  • Assist in weekly community meetings with construction, providing progress updates and addressing customer or community concerns.
  • Act as a team player and liaison for the community with employees and customers.
  • Contracts and Closings

  • Assist with purchase agreements and addendums when necessary, in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Maintain and update required reports, particularly during lead agent absences.
  • Home and Community Oversight

  • Regularly walk homes in progress, maintain community signage, and address issues promptly.
  • Assist the lead community agent with model home policies, including SOPs and inventory.
  • Market Knowledge and Industry Awareness

  • Stay informed on competitor offerings and local market conditions to help position McGuinn Homes effectively.
  • Maintain market knowledge, including assisting with CMAs for the community.
  • Understand community home plans and HOA requirements.
  • Professional Standards and Compliance

  • Maintain accurate lead records and updates in the Lasso CRM System and Marks System.
  • Maintain professional dress and ethical standards as outlined in the BIC Policy Book.
  • Maintain a valid SC Real Estate License and complete all required continuing education.
