Vice President & General Manager, Pharma Services

Reporting to the SVP of Diagnostic Services, the Vice President & General Manager, Pharma Services will provide executive leadership and strategic direction for the unit, with overall accountability for its profit and loss (P&L), operational excellence, and market growth. This role involves guiding cross-functional teams in sales, marketing, operations, technology, R&D, and quality / regulatory affairs to ensure business goals are met while maintaining the highest standards of compliance and quality. The ideal candidate is a strategic, results-oriented leader with a deep understanding of the Diagnostics and pharmaceutical market and proven experience in driving financial growth.
