POSITION OVERVIEW
As a Fine Dining Restaurant Bartender, you will be the cornerstone of our bar service, crafting exceptional cocktails, providing top-notch guest interactions, and enhancing the overall dining experience. Your expertise in mixology and customer service will play a vital role in maintaining our high standards and ensuring that each guest leaves with a memorable experience.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Cocktail Preparation : Create and serve a wide range of classic and innovative cocktails, as well as non-alcoholic beverages, using high-quality ingredients and precise techniques.
- Customer Service : Provide attentive, personalized service to guests, including taking drink orders, making recommendations, and addressing any special requests or dietary restrictions.
- Bar Management : Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including managing inventory, stocking supplies, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Guest Engagement : Build rapport with guests, ensuring they feel valued and attended to, while responding to their needs in a professional and courteous manner.
- Quality Control : Ensure the consistency and quality of all beverages served, adhering to recipes and presentation standards.
- Team Collaboration : Work closely with fellow staff members, including servers and kitchen personnel, to ensure seamless service and coordination throughout the restaurant.
- Sales and Upselling : Promote and upsell premium spirits, wines, and specialty cocktails to enhance the guest experience and drive revenue.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
2-3 years related experience as a bartender in a fine dining or high-end establishment preferred.Extensive knowledge of mixology and cocktail recipes is essential.Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a strong emphasis on guest satisfaction. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.High school diploma or equivalent required. Bartending or mixology certification is a plus.Well-groomed and professional appearance consistent with the fine dining environmentMust support and promote a culture of inclusiveness, respect, and a positive employee experience.Results-oriented and able to drive the process of converting an idea into production.Professional demeanor, polished appearance with the ability to exceed guest's expectations.Ability to work in a dynamic environment.Ability to work both independently and in a team environment.Strong work ethic and customer-focused approach.Ability to work a flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.Must be passionate, entrepreneurial, and dedicated to success.PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

The base pay range for this position is 14.00 per hour with a tip credit applied. The determination of what a specific employee in this job classification is paid depends on a number of factors, including, but not limited to, prior employment history / job-related knowledge, qualifications and skills, etc.
