POSITION OVERVIEW

As a Fine Dining Restaurant Bartender, you will be the cornerstone of our bar service, crafting exceptional cocktails, providing top-notch guest interactions, and enhancing the overall dining experience. Your expertise in mixology and customer service will play a vital role in maintaining our high standards and ensuring that each guest leaves with a memorable experience.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Cocktail Preparation :   Create and serve a wide range of classic and innovative cocktails, as well as non-alcoholic beverages, using high-quality ingredients and precise techniques.
• Customer Service :   Provide attentive, personalized service to guests, including taking drink orders, making recommendations, and addressing any special requests or dietary restrictions.
• Bar Management :   Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including managing inventory, stocking supplies, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Guest Engagement :   Build rapport with guests, ensuring they feel valued and attended to, while responding to their needs in a professional and courteous manner.
• Quality Control :   Ensure the consistency and quality of all beverages served, adhering to recipes and presentation standards.
• Team Collaboration :   Work closely with fellow staff members, including servers and kitchen personnel, to ensure seamless service and coordination throughout the restaurant.
• Sales and Upselling :   Promote and upsell premium spirits, wines, and specialty cocktails to enhance the guest experience and drive revenue.

COMPENSATION

The base pay range for this position is 14.00 per hour with a tip credit applied. The determination of what a specific employee in this job classification is paid depends on a number of factors, including, but not limited to, prior employment history / job-related knowledge, qualifications and skills, etc.
