Job Description :

We are seeking a Principal Experience Designer to lead the visual and interaction design of a new technology suite. This role will work closely with cross-functional partners to translate complex requirements into intuitive, user-centered digital experiences. The ideal candidate brings a strong design portfolio, expertise in Figma and design systems, and the ability to deliver high-quality work under tight timelines while shaping the product's long-term design vision.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities :

• Drive UI and interaction design across the platform, ensuring alignment with design systems and brand standards.
• Collaborate with development teams to translate concepts into polished, customer-facing tools.
• Create user flows, wireframes, mockups, and high-fidelity designs for consumer-facing applications.
• Contribute to the evolution and governance of the design system.
• Deliver strategic design solutions for large-scale initiatives and advocate for user-centered design at the leadership level.
• Manage design deliverables throughout the product lifecycle, from ideation to final handoff.
