Site / Civil Project Manager

Dewberry is currently seeking a Site / Civil Project Manager for our Danville, VA office. The successful candidate will have technical, project management, and market access responsibilities to lead site / civil design projects in the commercial, industrial, municipal and residential markets. We're looking for a highly motivated individual with a strong drive to lead a team focused on these markets in the private and / or public sector.

Responsibilities

• Lead teams in all aspects of site / civil project design including site layout, site planning, grading, storm water management, erosion & sediment control, roadways, utilities, and permitting for commercial, industrial, municipal and residential projects.
• Manage design for multiple projects.
• Assist with business development / marketing / proposal efforts.
• Oversee, train and mentor junior / mid-level staff.
• Work closely with clients and agency staff, including attendance at public and / or construction meetings and also represent the company at other events as needed.
• BS degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
