Quality Control - QC / QA Associate

Shift / Hours : Monday - Friday

Pay Rate : $16 - $17 / HR DOE

Location : Fort Myers, FL

Experience : 1+ years

Quality Control - QC / QA Associate Key Responsibilities :

Perform detailed inspections and testing of raw materials, in-process components, and finished products.

Document, track, and report all quality issues, deviations, and non-conforming materials.

Audit manufacturing processes to ensure adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs) and regulatory guidelines.

Maintain accurate and organized QC records and test documentation.

Collaborate with production teams to address root causes of quality defects.

Quality Control - QC / QA Associate Qualifications :

Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a technical field preferred, or equivalent experience.

1+ years of experience in Quality Control or Quality Assurance in a manufacturing / production environment.

Proficiency with measurement tools and test equipment.

Strong attention to detail and excellent analytical skills.
