Founded in 2019 and rapidly scaling, StoreEase blends advanced proprietary technology with property management that is reshaping the self-storage industry.

We’re looking for a results-oriented Marketing Manager to own and execute marketing strategies that drive growth for both our third-party management services and our virtual management software (SaaS) platform . You will create compelling collateral, run integrated campaigns, and partner closely with Sales to generate qualified leads and accelerate deal flow. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, is detail-oriented, and has a proven ability to translate strategy into action through effective project planning and execution.

Role Overview :

The Marketing Manager will develop and manage campaigns across two rapidly growing business lines :

  • StoreEase Third-Party Management : a turnkey operational solution leveraging our Virtual Managers and centralized operations to deliver superior performance and NOI growth.
  • StoreEase SaaS Platform : a fully integrated hardware and software tech stack that enables seamless facility oversight, automation, and operational insights.

Key Responsibilities :

Campaign Strategy & Execution

  • Plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns (email, digital, events, paid media, social) to drive awareness and lead generation.
  • Develop clear metrics and reporting dashboards to measure campaign ROI.
  • Content & Collateral Development

  • Create and maintain high-impact marketing assets : brochures, one-pagers, pitch decks, case studies, and demo videos for both our 3PM (third-party management) offering and our white label software platform.
  • Oversee brand consistency across all materials and touchpoints.
  • Sales Enablement

  • Equip the sales team with updated presentations and compelling data.
  • Collaborate on lead-scoring criteria and follow-up workflows.
  • Digital Presence & Events

  • Manage and develop website content and collaborate on SEO initiatives for our SaaS website (B2B).
  • Coordinate trade-show presence, webinars, and industry events to maximize exposure and lead capture.
  • Manage social media & Linkedin campaigns to drive top of funnel interest
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work with Product to understand features and roadmap for positioning.
  • Align with Operations to highlight customer success stories and data-driven results.
  • Coordinate trade show material, booth setup, and related marketing initiatives.
  • Qualifications

  • B.S. in Marketing or related focus (Masters in Marketing a plus)
  • 3-6 years of B2B marketing experience; SaaS or real estate / operations industry a plus.
  • Strong copywriting and content-creation skills across digital and print.
  • Proven record of driving measurable pipeline growth through campaigns.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation, CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Pipedrive), and analytics platforms.
  • Excellent project-management skills and ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment.
