This role involves providing technical support and troubleshooting assistance to ensure smooth daily operations for end-users. The ideal candidate will possess strong problem-solving skills and technical knowledge to address and resolve user issues effectively.
Responsibilities:
• Provide first-level technical support to end-users, addressing hardware and software issues promptly.
• Utilize Active Directory to manage user accounts and access permissions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Microsoft Windows 10 operating systems.
• Respond to and resolve service desk tickets efficiently, ensuring timely resolution.
• Assist users with basic troubleshooting for system errors and application problems.
• Document and track all support interactions and solutions accurately.
• Collaborate with team members to escalate complex issues to higher support levels as needed.
• Maintain a high level of customer service and professionalism during all interactions.
• Identify recurring issues and suggest improvements to minimize future disruptions.
