Overview : The Travel & Tour Operations Manager oversees the planning, development, and coordination of domestic and international tours. This role manages the operational logistics, vendor relations, and customer service aspects of the travel programs. The manager ensures that all tour packages are designed, priced, and executed efficiently, meeting the organization’s quality standards and customer satisfaction goals

Responsibilities (include but are not limited to) :
- Design, organize, and coordinate tour packages for domestic and international destinations.
- Research and evaluate potential destinations, accommodations, attractions, and activities.
- Develop detailed itineraries in collaboration with travel partners and vendors.
- Negotiate contracts with airlines, hotels, ground transportation, and tour operators.
- Oversee the execution of all travel programs, ensuring schedules, logistics, and budgets are met.
- Coordinate with third-party travel companies to deliver seamless tour experiences.
- Manage reservations, bookings, and ticketing for groups and individuals.
- Monitor tour quality and resolve any service issues that may arise.
- Prepare cost estimates, budgets, and pricing structures for tours.
- Monitor expenses and ensure profitability of travel programs.
- Provide exceptional service to travelers before, during, and after tours.
- Respond to inquiries, resolve complaints, and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to promote tours and increase registrations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with travel vendors, partners, and clients
- Maintain website with Tour details.
- Supervise staff and contractors assisting with travel logistics.
- Provide training, guidance, and support to team members.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, safety guidelines, and travel regulations.
Required Education and Experience :
Associates degree in Tourism, Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field (preferred) or 3–5 years of experience in travel, tourism, or event operations management.An equivalent combination of education, training, and experience in relevant field.Strong knowledge of international and domestic travel logistics.Proven ability to negotiate with vendors and manage budgets.Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.Proficiency with travel booking software, reservation systems, and MS Office.Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings or weekends as needed.Must have a non-expired passport.Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities :
