We are representing a multi-disciplinary, engineering and consulting firm that is searching for Highway Lead / Manager in the Greater Harrisburg, PA. area. This is a hybrid work schedule opportunity.

Requirements :

• BS degree in Civil Engineering.
• PE license PA and WV.
• PTOE Certification is a plus.
• 10-20 years experience in transportation engineering and project management.
• Leadership and mentoring experience.
• Extensive working knowledge of PennDOT, PA Turnpike and WVDOH.
• Experience with MicroStation, AutoCAD, OpenRoads, and related engineering software.
• Working knowledge of traffic operations, HOP's, stormwater design, signal design, roadway alignment.
