ACTC- Charlie Thomas

The Institute seeks a student to provide marketing, organizational, and clerical support for ACTC and its Executive Director, Prof. Charlotte Thomas. Responsibilities will include but are not necessarily limited to : planning and supporting events and programs, designing promotional materials, managing our social media, and helping with basic administrative tasks such as mailings, copies, updating our database, and organizing files. The Institute is newly relocated to Mercer, and this position is new and evolving you would have a significant opportunity to define your role and responsibilities going forward.

What we are looking for : highly developed organizational skills, experience with marketing and / or graphic design. We'd prefer candidates who are familiar with Mercer's Great Books program. Applicants must have qualified for Federal work study support. Business students or students interested in a career working for non-profits would likely be the best fit for this position.

Pay Rate : $12.00 / hour
