Responsibilities Work in an inpatient rehab therapy unit within a hospital setting Day shift, Monday to Friday, 8 : 00 am to 4 : 30 pm Weekend shifts may be required if flexing off during the week No on-call or holiday shift requirement Floating required between acute and rehab units, and potentially to affiliated hospitals as needed Cerner is used for charting and prior experience is required Grey scrubs are required Responsibilities include providing occupational therapy services in both rehab and acute care environments Must be able to complete up to 8 hours of required onboarding modules prior to start Applicants must have no employment at the facility in the past 3 years to be eligible A maximum of 10 days RTO is allowed; if RTO includes holidays, candidate must work at least one out of three holidays Professional conduct is strictly enforced; any issues may result in contract termination Requirements Active or pending state Occupational Therapist license required if applicable 1-2 years of relevant experience preferred, but first-time travelers will be considered Experience with Cerner EMR is required Must live at least 50 miles from the facility; local candidates not accepted Willingness to obtain any required certifications prior to start; pending certifications will be considered Benefits High Pay and Bonuses Medical, Dental and Vision Insurance with Day 1 Options 401(k) Plan Weekly Payroll Deposit Free Online CEUs Generous Housing Allowance Travel and Licensure Reimbursements Non-taxed Per Diem and Subsidy Traveler Rewards and Discounts American Traveler Job ID P-629024.
