A Place At Home – Palmetto is a locally owned and operated home care agency dedicated to delivering compassionate, personalized care to seniors in our community. We’re looking for a licensed PRN Registered Nurse (RN) to join our growing team and provide essential clinical oversight for caregiver competency and individualized care plans.

What You’ll Do

Review and sign off on all personalized client care plans.

Validate skills through AHCA-approved skills assessments

Evaluate and approve CNA and HHA competency assessments.

Ensure all services meet Florida state regulations and agency standards.

Provide clinical guidance and support to caregivers as needed.

Champion our mission of delivering safe, high-quality, person-centered care in the home.

What You Bring

Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Florida.

Experience in home care, long-term care, or senior services (preferred).

Understanding of Florida non-medical home care regulations and caregiver training requirements.

Strong attention to detail and a commitment to excellence.

Professionalism, reliability, and a compassionate approach to care.
