Location :  Various Settings, West Virginia

Job Type :  Full-Time / Part-Time

Job Summary :  We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist to join our team in West Virginia. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality care across multiple settings, including outpatient clinics, hospitals, and home health environments. This role requires flexibility, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to improving patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Evaluate and assess patients' physical conditions to develop individualized treatment plans.
  • Implement therapeutic exercises and modalities to improve mobility, strength, and function.
  • Educate patients and their families on treatment plans, home exercises, and injury prevention.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress and treatment plans.
  • Adapt treatment plans based on patient progress and feedback.
  • Stay current with best practices and advancements in physical therapy.

Qualifications :

  • Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program.
  • Valid Physical Therapy license in the state of West Virginia.
  • Experience in multiple settings (outpatient, inpatient, home health) preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
