Job Summary
- Act as the primary liaison for assigned client accounts, fostering strong client relationships and proactively addressing their needs.
- Lead regular client meetings to discuss account performance, growth opportunities, and hiring strategies.
- Train, mentor, and monitor ACPs to ensure compliance with company standards and alignment with client expectations.
- Set clear performance goals for ACPs, focusing on job volume growth, client satisfaction, and gross profit.
- Identify and resolve compliance issues promptly, ensuring that service delivery aligns with industry regulations and client requirements.
- Analyze and interpret large datasets to derive actionable insights, supporting data-informed decision-making.
- Prepare reports and presentations on account performance, profitability, and compliance metrics for internal and client review.
- Use Excel (including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and if-then functions) and CRM / ATS systems to manage and analyze data.
