Responsibilities

As a PRN Physical Therapist (PT) , you will establish appropriate goals and creatively execute the treatment plans along with supervision of the Physical Therapist Assistants. As a member of our interdisciplinary team, you will be required to maintain productivity standards and complete required documentation. More importantly, you will help your patients achieve critical outcomes while acting as a trusted partner to the community you serve.

Develop and implement personalized treatment plans

Supervise and support Physical Therapist Assistants

Collaborate with OTs, SLPs, and nursing staff to deliver whole-person care

Ensure documentation and productivity standards are met

Be a trusted rehab partner for residents and their families

Qualifications

Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program

Active Ohio PT license

CPR certification (or willingness to obtain before start)

Availability for flexible weekday and / or weekend coverage

Bonus : Experience in geriatric rehab, SNF, or post-acute settings
