Job Description
Responsibilities

Develop and execute a strategic business plan to generate new commercial insurance clients
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing outstanding customer service and meeting their insurance needs
Analyze clients' risk management needs and design appropriate insurance solutions
Collaborate with underwriters and other team members to negotiate terms and conditions for insurance policies
Stay informed about market trends, industry developments, and regulatory changes in the commercial insurance sector
Meet or exceed sales targets and revenue goals

Qualifications

Proven track record as a Commercial Lines Producer with a book of business of $500k+
Strong understanding of commercial insurance products, policies, and industry regulations
Excellent sales, negotiation, and communication skills
Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and underwriters
Proficiency in using insurance industry software and CRM systems
Relevant insurance licenses and certifications

Day-to-day

Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and referrals
Review and assess clients' insurance needs and provide tailored insurance solutions
Communicate with clients to ensure their satisfaction and address any concerns or questions
Collaborate with internal teams to prepare and present insurance proposals to clients
Stay up-to-date on industry news, market trends, and changes in insurance products and regulations
