Key Responsibilities

Lead planning and execution of telecom program portfolios, focusing on network and voice solutions

Develop stakeholder engagement plans and foster relationships across various business areas

Manage program budgets, vendor performance, and ensure alignment with organizational governance frameworks

Required Qualifications

Master's Degree or equivalent level preferred

8 to 12 years of general experience in telecommunications or related fields

Over 6 years of managerial experience in resource planning and management

Experience in vendor management and financial governance

Strong understanding of telecom technologies and regulatory requirements
