Pay : $35-$45 / hr. (DOE)- Weekly Pay!

What must be accomplished :

Full Installation of new and replacement systems from cooling to heating depending on customers’ needs.

Provide a thorough evaluation of the HVAC system with the customer, using an exploratory technique to understand the client’s needs and develop options that meet customer needs.

Tests pipe, tubing joints & connections for leaks, using pressure gauge, leak detection additives or soap-and-water solution.

Tests electrical circuits & components for continuity, using electrical test equipment.

Repairs & replaces defective equipment, components & wiring.

Discusses heating or cooling system malfunctions with clients to isolate problems and verify that repairs corrected malfunctions.

How will success be measured :

Work to continuously grow your technical skills.

100% completion of install checklist.

No call backs from customers.

Be driven to exceed weekly and monthly business goals.

Requirements :

HVAC experience required : 3+ years.

FHW / Boiler / Steam is a plus!

EPA Universal Certification required.

NATE certification a plus!

Sheet Metal License is a plus!

Electrical experience

Hot works certification (preferred)

OSHA 10+ (preferred)
