Job Description :

  • THE MAX Challenge of Lewes is looking for high energy, motivated and professional group fitness instructors that want to make a difference in people’s lives.
  • Come join our strong team of inspiring individuals who like to  aim high, work hard and have FUN  while motivating our members to do the same!
  • This could be an incredible growth opportunity for the right individual who is positive & energetic and will do what it takes to help elevate our center to the next level.

As a great candidate you :

  • Have a passion for fitness and inspiring others to live a healthy lifestyle Have a positive, upbeat personality & attitude, and be genuinely invested in your members’ needs and goals Are reliable, committed and dependable Will be actively engaged in building our brand through member engagement, social media and grassroots marketing Are always looking to learn and improve Are group fitness or personal trainer certified by an accredited organization (preferred but not mandatory) Will have a current AED / CPR certification (preferred but not mandatory)   Will train the right person!!  Part Time-morning, afternoon and early evening opportunities. Our classes are Monday-Friday.
