About the Role :
The Logistics and Shipping Lead plays a critical role in ensuring the efficient and timely movement of durable goods from manufacturing facilities to customers and distribution centers. This position is responsible for overseeing all aspects of logistics operations, including shipping schedules, inventory management, and transportation coordination. The role requires close collaboration with production, warehouse, and customer service teams to optimize supply chain processes and meet delivery commitments. The Logistics and Shipping Lead will implement best practices to improve operational efficiency, reduce costs, and maintain compliance with safety and regulatory standards. Ultimately, this position ensures that products are delivered accurately and on time, supporting the company’s reputation for reliability and customer satisfaction.
