Parttime Sales Associate

We are looking for a bright, sales-driven Retail Store Associate to join our new Carolina K Flagship in Miami Design District. Our company culture is extremely collaborative so we need someone that is bubbly, outgoing, creative, has a great personality, and understands this is a front-facing client role.

In this dynamic role, you will be expected to drive sales and build a clientele; ensure exceptional customer service; upkeep of window display; and implement and maintain systems to keep the store functioning efficiently. This role has a lot of room for growth.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Ensure customer service levels are met and exceeded
• Understand and enhance the customer’s experience through effective communication and selling culture
• Support in setting and maintaining visual merchandising expectations to brand standards
• Help manage inventory and stock replenishment
• Keep store organized and neat
• Establish a local and guests client book
• Act as a stylist for the customer
• Assist in the planning of events and special projects at the boutique
• Assist in the content creation for social media for the store – Instagram, Facebook, etc.
