We are seeking a dedicated Project Supervisor of Administrative Services to join the Rotech team. In this position you will be responsible for identifying, leading, managing and delivering results that are essential to meeting company goals and targets.

- Develops strategies around improving performance and results
- Ensures compliance with applicable regulatory and compliance related requirements
- Evaluates key business metrics and performance to standards
- Facilitate and directly drive critical issue resolution and remove roadblocks to company operational goals and targets
- Identifies opportunities to improve performance
- Identify key controllable expenses within budget targets to maximize productivity and profitability
- Models effective leadership skills to gain commitment to goals and strategies
- Monitors, manages, and maintains accountability for projects and areas of responsibility
- Plans include targets and goals with measurable outcomes and time frames
- Provides leadership, ongoing training and direction to the involved stakeholders
- Provides routine reporting to senior leadership on status of projects and / or key performance metrics
- Serve as key escalation point for critical issues and initiatives
- Performs other duties as assigned
