Role Overview

We are seeking a hands?on Senior Design Engineer to drive Protection & Control (P&C) designs for T&D substations. You will convert client specifications into fully buildable design packages, prepare wiring diagrams, AC / DC schematics, and elementary / functional diagrams, and interface directly with utilities to ensure designs meet operational and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead P&C design for T&D substations, delivering complete, buildable packages.
• Prepare and review AC / DC schematics, wiring, and control diagrams.
• Interface with utilities to align design with standards and operational needs.
• Mentor junior engineers and ensure design quality across projects.
