Anderson Rock River Ford is looking for a talented, customer-focused  Service Advisor  to join our service team.

Responsibilities include :

• Set / confirm appointments and perform follow-up with customers.
• Provide repair estimates.
• Assist customers with their repair / maintenance needs.
• Produce repair orders for customers with full transparency including cost and time estimates.
• Communicate frequently with other company departments.
• Help customers with service maintenance requirements and warranty information.
• Provide an exceptional customer experience.
