Working with warm leads, you'll assess individual insurance needs and deliver customized recommendations, combining your product knowledge with sharp sales instincts.

Requirements

• Education : High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Sales Experience : Previous sales experience preferred; insurance sales experience is a plus.
• Communication Skills : Strong verbal and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Motivation : Highly motivated and results-driven mindset.
• Teamwork : Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
• Licensing Requirement : Must obtain P&C and L&H in PA within a given time frame. Training and Licensing is Paid for by District Office
